A better loaf

I wanted to try making sandwich bread with my sourdough starter. We have had some really great sandwich bread from local bakeries and it inspired me to try a type of bread that I haven’t tried to make in a long time.

In true internet recipe follower fashion, I started out by looking at a recipe and then proceeded to do essentially everything differently.

It still worked. I hope it works again next time.
